As our garments are produced on order, we do not offer a refund.

Please note that an item can be exchanged for either a bigger or smaller size but you also have an option of replacing it with something else.

Important info:

•After receiving your order and it doesn’t fit please call 0739385416 or email konopestyles@gmail.com 

•Please note you have to notify us within 7 days after receiving your order

•It must be in its original packaging and it must not have been worn

•The client is liable for courier
