Delivery takes 4–6 working days.

Standard nationwide shipping is R140.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over R2,000.

At the moment, we only ship within South Africa.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

6. What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

7. Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. We offer exchanges for a different size, subject to stock availability.

8. Are sale items refundable?
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

9. How do I start a return or exchange?
